HOME Secretary Suella Braverman yesterday hit out at Sussex Police for “playing identity politics” after the force defended the rights of a convicted paedophile on social media. The force said they would “not tolerate any hateful comments” towards transgender Sally Ann Dixon and had called the 58-year-old a woman despite the sex offender being jailed for 18 years for crimes committed as a man.
