HOMES UNDER THE HAMMER saw a first-time property developer boost the value of a single-storey house by £27,000 in a recent episode. The Sunderland-based property was soggy with damp and even had broken windows at the front of the property, with a long list of other issues that needed to be fixed by the local buyer.
