‘Killjoy’ councils demand residents to submit applications to host Coronation picnics

The Coronation Weekend is expected to see tens of thousands across the country coming together and holding street parties, gatherings and picnics. But a few councils are dampening the enthusiasm by asking people to submit applications before hosting community events.
