‘No bargaining!’ North Korea introduces ‘irreversible’ nuclear weapons policy

NORTH KOREA passed an “irreversible” piece of legislation which looks to enshrine the right to use preemptive nuclear strikes as a matter of defence, state media outlets have claimed.
