PATIENTS are putting off seeing a GP due to difficulty booking appointments and concern that they will not be seen face-to-face, a survey suggests. A poll of more than 2,000 found over a third had delayed seeking help in the past 12 months. Of those who had seen a family doctor, 61 per cent were satisfied with the timing and method of their consultation, but 28 per cent were not.
