Putin scrapes bottom of barrel as shady mercenaries called in to replace DECIMATED forces

VLADIMIR PUTIN is attempting to replenish the decimated Russian army in Ukraine with mercenaries unlikely to make any real difference to the war effort, the UK Ministry of Defence has said.
