Russian army units ‘fled in apparent panic’ as high-value equipment abandoned in retreat

Ukrainian forces have continued to press a counteroffensive in the eastern and southern theatres of the conflict. Although the pace of the Russian collapse seems to have slowed, Ukraine continues to “degrade” Russian forces which have pulled back to the west of the Oskil River.
