A TERMINALLY ill cancer patient who may have just weeks to live has issued a desperate plea for the next Prime Minister to consider a law change on assisted dying. David Minns helped launch the Daily Express Give Us Our Last Rights crusade in February – speaking candidly about his decline due to blood cancer. He told how dying quickly of a heart attack was a “best-case scenario”, given his fear he would suffer a slow and painful death.
