20 government officials arrested after 59 killed in North

Authorities in North Macedonia have launched an investigation into the deadly nightclub fire which killed 59 people and injured more than 150 others.

The country’s interior minister said they had grounds to suspect that bribery and corruption was involved – and said the overcrowded club had been operating with twice its official capacity.
