22 killed in Israeli airstrike in Beirut, says Lebanon

At least 22 people were killed and more than 100 others were injured in Israeli airstrikes which hit the centre of Beirut last night, according to Lebanese officials.

The attacks hit a densely populated part of the city with no immediate comment by Israel.
