25 girls have been kidnapped and the vice principal has been killed at a government boarding school in Maga, Nigeria.

One school girl was able to escape and is now safe. A second girl, separate from the group, was able to escape moments after the attack. Police say they have deployed military personnel and vigilante groups as part of the search and rescue operation to find the remaining students in the northwest state of Kebbi.
