At least 400 people have been killed in a Pakistani airstrike on a hospital in Afghanistan.

Taliban officials said another 250 were wounded in the attack on the drug treatment centre in Kabul.
Pakistan claimed it had not hit any civilian sites in the strikes, and it had only carried out "precision" attacks on "military and terrorist" targets.
In February, Pakistan declared "open war" on Afghanistan, accusing the Taliban of facilitating terror attacks in the country.
The Taliban denies these claims.
