The Environment Agency says it shares the public’s disgust over a huge fly tipping site in Oxfordshire, and has launched a full investigation.
The mountain of rubbish near Kidlington is at least 60 metres long and 10 metres tall.
It’s the latest incident of a growing issue across the country, believed to be driven by organised criminal gangs.
