The government has set out plans to invest £2bn in NHS cancer services as part of its aim to ensure three quarters of cancer patients will survive by 2035. One in four people in the UK will sadly die with cancer.
The government’s plan pledges to speed up diagnosis and treatment, as well as more support to help patients live a normal life with the disease under control.
