92-year-old man told he will ‘die in prison’ for 1967 rape and murder

A 92-year-old man has been told he will ‘die in prison’ after being jailed for a minimum of 20 years – for the rape and murder of Louisa Dunne in 1967.

Ryland Headley was found guilty in what’s thought to be the oldest cold case ever solved in the UK. The judge said his attack on Mrs Dunne had been a "pitiless and cruel act by a depraved man".
