Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have returned to where they once lived in the north of the Gaza strip for a third day, with most finding their homes destroyed.
The column of people stretched for miles along Gaza’s coastal road on Wednesday as the United Nations said over 376,000 Palestinians had so far returned to the north.
For one family, it took them more than 30 hours to travel from southern Gaza to what was left of their home in the north.
