Birmingham City Council have been branded ‘disgraceful’ after approving a 9.99% rise in council tax.
It comes after the Labour-run council declared itself effectively bankrupt in September 2023.
Reacting to the decision, Michelle Dewberry called the council ‘an absolute shambles’.
