Adidas sues White Fox over four-stripe clothing designs

Sportswear giant Adidas is suing the Australian brand White Fox Boutique, claiming the online shop of infringing on its iconic three-stripe trademark.

Adidas claims that clothes sold by White Fox, featuring four stripes, were ‘deceptively similar’.

White Fox denies breaching the trademark, and a trial is expected early 2027.
