Aerial footage shows buildings submerged by flood waters in the northern Slovenian town of Slovenj Gradec, where the army deployed helicopters on Friday to rescue people trapped in their homes. Heavy rains have caused flash floods and landslides in parts of the country, blocking roads and bridges, flooding buildings and forcing evacuations.
