Afghan data breach: UK spies and special forces details exposed

They’ve called for an urgent inquiry into the accidental release of personal details of thousands of Afghans trying to flee the Taliban as well as British spies and special forces.
The Ministry of Defence hasn’t commented further on the latest revelations but said they "take the security of personnel very seriously".
