Air India crash report findings

A preliminary report on the Air India crash found fuel to the plane engines was switched off shortly after take-off.

Audio recordings from the cockpit show that both pilots were confused about how it happened. The London-bound Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed in Ahmedabad on June 12, killing 260 people.
