Air India victims' families accuse UK government of failing them | ITV News

The families of three British victims of the Air India crash in June have accused the British government of failing to help and support them.

Fifty-three Britons were among the 241 people on board who died when the Gatwick-bound flight crashed seconds after taking off from Ahmedabad airport.

The prime minister, Sir Keir Starmer, is due to travel to India this week and meet his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi.

The families are angry that there are no plans to raise issues, including the mishandling of their loved ones’ remains.
