The late Harrods owner Mohamed Al-Fayed is believed to have been one of this country’s most prolific offenders, with police saying they believe he abused more than a hundred victims over four decades.
Now survivors are calling on Sir Keir Starmer to initiate a statutory inquiry into what he did and – crucially – who enabled him.
