Cash-strapped local authorities warn they’re worse off this year, despite extra money for local government in the Budget, according to a survey of England’s largest councils.
Data from the County Councils Network shown exclusively to ITV News reveals that 85% of councils are now in a worse position financially than before the Autumn Budget.
