Sky’s security and defence analyst Professor Michael Clarke discusses the latest on the Geneva talks, and Europe’s counter-proposals to the 28-point US-Russia peace plan.
Speaking to Sky’s Matt Barbet, Prof Clarke points out that opposition to Donald Trump’s plan includes Europe, Western officials, and even Republican senators, with suggestions it was even "drafted by Russia".
He adds: "It’s the Trump administration versus the rest on this, and the only people who seem to agree with the Trump administration at the moment are all in Moscow."
