Analysis of Home Secretary Yvette Cooper's speech from Labour conference

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper opened the third day of Labour conference in Liverpool reiterating the party’s promise to halve knife crime in a decade.

Sky’s Mhari Aurora has this analysis of the speech.
