Andrew takes police to court: what to know

The King’s brother, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is taking Thames Valley Police to court to challenge the legality of searches of his home in February.

The former prince was detained on his 66th birthday on suspicion of misconduct in public office over his links to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew has denied any wrongdoing.

Sky’s Mollie Malone reports.
