Andrew Tate faces UK rape charges

The Crown Prosecution Service confirms Andrew and Tristan Tate have been charged with rape and other offences in the UK.

It says a European Arrest Warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered their extradition to the UK.

But first, criminal matters in Romania must be settled before they can be extradited.

The Tate brothers have always denied the allegations against them.
