Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s team solicited Jeffrey Epstein’s help to prepare for allegations of sexual assault from Virginia Guiffre, more than four years after he said he had cut contact with the convicted paedophile. Following the publication of allegations in January 2015 that Guiffre was forced by Epstein to have sex with Andrew, Epstein wrote to David Stern, a close aide, suggesting that Andrew’s lawyer attack the attorney representing many of Epstein’s victims.
Since 2009, Epstein and Edwards had been locked in a legal battle over Epstein’s claims that Edwards was fabricating allegations against him.
In response to these revelations, Brad Edwards told ITV News, "I litigated a case for 9 years to defeat those allegations, which ended in a very clear public apology to me by Jeffrey Epstein." Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing. ITV News has approached Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and David Stern for comment, but did not receive a response.
