Labour’s deputy leader Angela Rayner has told this programme she won’t be cowed by JK Rowling when it comes to her views on gender reforms.

The Harry Potter author – who lives in Edinburgh – has accused Labour of abandoning women who want single-sex spaces. She said it had cost the party her vote.
