Another four prisoners mistakenly released, ITV News learns, as Kaddour-Cherif re-arrested

Footage obtained by ITV News shows the arrest of Algerian sex offender Brahim Kaddour-Cherif in North London after he was mistakenly released last week.

ITV News has learnt of another four prisoners who are also at large after being wrongly released from prison.
