Are we one step closer to a shorter work week?
The latest national four-day working week pilot, involving nearly 1,000 workers from 17 companies, has ended with a 100% success rate, it was announced on Thursday.
All 17 companies decided to continue the shorter working week at the end of the six-month trial, which began last November.
It was organised by the 4 Day Week Foundation, a group campaigning for the shorter working week.
Organisations were able to maintain service levels and key performance indicators whilst observing several benefits for employee wellbeing, said the report.
