Arizona lawmaker announces abortion decision during floor speech

Arizona State Senator Eva Burch (D) speaks with CNN’s Abby Phillip about announcing that she will get an abortion during a floor speech. Burch says she learned that her pregnancy was not viable. Arizona currently bans abortions after 15 weeks, but Burch says she still has time to get an abortion in the state.
