Arrest warrants issued after Bangkok skyscraper collapse

Thai courts have issued 17 arrest warrants in connection with the collapse of a skyscraper during a powerful earthquake in March.

The 30-storey tower, which was under construction and intended to serve as the future home of the State Audit Office, crumbled when Bangkok was rocked by tremors from a 7.7 magnitude earthquake originating in neighbouring Myanmar.
