Assisted Dying: The voices at the heart of a national conversation

ITV News’ UK Editor Paul Brand has spoken to people from both sides of the conversation around assisted dying, as time runs out for legislation to pass through the House of Lords.

The bill, which was passed by the House of Commons in June 2025, would allow terminally ill people with less than six months left to live to be helped to die.
