Labour MP Kim Leadbeater is proposing a key change to the controversial Assisted Dying Bill and has been under fire for it since it was revealed.
Experts now say the panel when deciding individual cases should include "a senior legal expert" – either a retired judge or a King’s Counsel – as well as a psychiatrist and a social worker.
