
A hotel in Essex, which has seen protests over its use to house people arriving on small boats, can still house asylum seekers, after the local council lost a legal challenge against it.
Epping Forest District Council had wanted to secure a High Court injunction that would block asylum seekers from living there and had claimed that accommodating them breached planning rules.
But the case was dismissed by the High Court.
