At least 59 people have been killed and more than 100 injured in a massive fire that broke out in a nightclub in the town of Kočani in eastern North Macedonia. The blaze at Pulse nightclub began at about 2.35am on Sunday morning during a concert by a local pop group, according to the interior minister, Panche Toshkovski.
