Audience boos JD Vance at Kennedy Center classical music performance

Exclusive: JD Vance, the US vice-president, and his wife, Usha, were met with a chorus of boos at Washington DC’s Kennedy Center on Thursday. They were attending a concert featuring works by Shostakovich and Stravinsky. The center has been thrown into turmoil after Donald Trump sacked its chairman, 13 of its trustees and appointed Maga loyalists.
