Australia first rocket crashes

An Australian rocket took off on Wednesday for the first time, lasting 14 seconds in the air before crashing in a giant plume of smoke.

Yet, experts still hailed the flight a “major step” towards Australia joining the global space industry. A jar of vegemite was attached to the rocket as its first ‘passenger’ and unfortunately didn’t make it.
