After a trial that gripped Australia and much of the world, mushroom killer Erin Patterson has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering her estranged husband’s parents and aunt. Patterson made her husband and his family members a beef wellington laced with poisonous mushrooms. He survived after a liver transplant and months in hospital.
Sky’s Nicole Johnston recaps what happened during the trial, including a live broadcast of the sentencing for the first time in the history of Victoria’s supreme court.
