Ballot boxes had to be carried on shoulders as officials and voters waded through knee-high floodwaters in parts of Jakarta during Indonesia’s general election.
Polling stations were partially submerged after thunderstorms brought flood to the capital. The results of the election were expected later on Wednesday despite the delays.
