Bangladesh PM resigns and flees after weeks of deadly riots

Bangladesh’s prime minister has resigned and has fled the country after weeks of riots that have left over 100 people reported dead.

Sheikh Hasina is thought to have been flown by helicopter to India after protesters stormed her official residence.
