The BBC says it will defend itself against the $10 billion lawsuit filed against it by US President Donald Trump.

He’s accused the broadcaster of defaming him by "intentionally, maliciously and deceptively doctoring" the speech he gave before the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
The BBC has already apologised to him for the Panorama edit, which aired in the UK the week before he was re-elected as US president last year.
