A former Met Police Detective has slated the BBC for playing music that ‘promotes violence’ after it emerged one of their radio stations broadcast songs from a rapper guilty of murdering a schoolboy.
Jake Fahri was convicted of the murder of 16-year-old Jimmy Mizen after a fight broke out at a bakery in London in 2008.
Fahri, who performs under the name TEN, has released music that seem to relate to Mizen’s murder.
Speaking on GB News, Peter Bleksley said that the BBC ‘promote taking other people’s lives,’ saying the decision to broadcast Fahri’s music was ‘beyond the pale.’
