Star of Benefits Street, Dee Kelly, has had her say on the Chancellor’s Budget.
Speaking to GB News’ Will Godley in Birmingham, the documentary star said she feels the country ‘have just got no faith’ with any political party, slating politicians for how they behaved during Rachel Reeves’s fiscal announcement.
Asked if she was ‘thrilled’ about welfare going up, Dee said she was happy to see those who are struggling receive support, but added: "I’m also for and always have been for the hard worker that works their absolutely butt off to just put basic food on their tables. It’s not fair. It’s a kind of like a no win situation. But what’s the in between?"
