US President Joe Biden says a man who killed at least 15 people when he drove into a crowd in New Orleans posted videos to social media before the attack expressing a desire to kill. Authorities are looking into "any possible connection" between this attack in New Orleans and an explosion in Las Vegas outside a hotel owned by President-elect Donald Trump.
