Bill Clinton admitted to hospital

The former US president Bill Clinton has been admitted to hospital after he developed a fever.

Staff at Georgetown University hospital in Washington DC said Mr Clinton, who’s 78, had been taken in for tests and observation. A spokesman said he was "in good spirits" and deeply appreciated the care he was being given. His condition isn’t thought to be serious.
