Birmingham bin workers have been warned they would be blacklisted from permanent jobs if they chose to strike.
In exclusive video obtained by Sky News, workers were told to switch sides in the ongoing pay dispute between members of the Unite union and Birmingham council.
The strikes which started in March this year, have caused widespread disruption to waste collection, with rubbish piling up across the city.
