Birmingham’s ‘Balti Triangle’ faces demise as just four restaurants remain

The Birmingham Balti became one of the staple dishes in the city after its invention in the 1970s, but only four of the original 30 restaurants remain in the Balti Triangle. Jack Carson reports.
